The Aetna Answer Center was created to meet the need s of the consumer as well as the client. Aetna wanted a kiosk that would be mobile and informative yet have a Permanent appearance to take applications for the Medicare Prescription program. All information that was gathered was compiled into a easy to use format then delivered to the client for follow -up at their regional offices.

DISH contracted Retail Infusion to create a mall retail concept. From the initial Beta location, we opened the process to the Dish authorized retailers. From there, the program grew to 60 malls.
Elements:
  • Created and constructed mall RMU design
  • Hired and managed all initial employees for Beta Kiosk
  • Leased and coordinated all mall locations
  • Manage interaction between all retailers and the mall
  • Created CRM program to manage leads

Flavia

After the initial Beta Store opened in April of 2005, Flavia selected two markets operating in six malls. (Galleria Dallas, Stonebriar Center, Collin Creek in Dallas & Woodfield, Gurnee Mills and Hawthorn Center in Chicago) Flavia will be sampling coffee but selling a brewing system. The Flavia brewing system uses a pre-sealed packet of coffee to brew a single cup of coffee or tea.

Have secured 25 malls over the past three years to sample 400,000 pieces of peppermint bark chocolate. The event included signage and couponing that corresponded to participating stores. The sampling program has been tied into the Santa operation.
Play Along

Play Along

Play Along, the nationís third largest toy manufacturer, is looking to create promotional hype prior to the retail release of a new sport product, Speed Stacks. The kiosk operated for one month in Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines, FL in March. The kiosk was then converted to Trolls for two weeks.

Tave

Tave, AKA DryPaint, opened at mall of Georgia March 2005 promoting and testing a revolutionary new product. This 2,500 sq foot store, coupled with three satellite locations in hardware stores, focused on demonstrating and testing a beta product for a Fortune 500 company. Dry Paint is paint that is applied like wallpaper utilizing a roller applicator. Our scope of responsibility in this project was handling the Real Estate, designing the space, developing the POS system exclusive to the client, hiring then managing the store.
